Hello World! Where have I been? That thought may have crossed your mind this past week. Rest assured, all is well at The Dedicated House. I literally have not had any time to blog this week. Tomorrow is Little Dedicated’s birthday party complete with 8 little girls and then following that shindig, I am hosting a combined party for Mr. Dedicated (who also has a birthday in September) and Little Dedicated here at the house for close friends and family. But, the best part of the day will be when Little Dedicated will be baptized with a celebration following! So, I’ve been rearranging furniture, shopping, and cleaning like I liked it, and planning celebration menus!
So, that is where I have been. I promise to be back on Sunday for a full week of feature posts, parties, a giveaway (whoop), and a maybe a house post or two. I know you loves are itching to see the interior of the Colonial with all of our furniture. And, I’m itching to show it to you.
Oh, and just to let you know that I’m still project oriented; this is what I’ve been working on.
See that horrid ceiling? I’ve been priming that sucker in order to get it to the lovely ceiling white I want. The walls are almost done as is the trim. On the walls will be Benjamin Moore Lennox Tan and the trim is White Opulence by Benjamin Moore. Here is a picture of a foyer painted in this fabulous Lennox Tan color.
