Hello World! Welcome Friends! When you are planning to upgrade your house, you have to look beyond the interiors. The living room, kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms – all of these rooms are so important when you want to change the way your house looks. However, it’s the exterior that’s really going to pull in the visitors and make people want to buy your house in the first instance when you are setting up.
Both interior and exterior changes can add interest and value to a house, and the exterior home improvements such as the ones that you gain when you call in professional house painters, other ones that can add to your home curb appeal. These can include everything from painting to a really attractive front door that matches the flower colors in your front yard. Here are some of the other tips you need to be able to upgrade your house.

Start With the Outside
If you can’t replace the front door, why not paint it? All you require here is a good sanding tool and some really nice waterproof outdoor paint. The front door is actually the focal point of the exterior of your home, so decorating the door – not just with paint, you could use a seasonal wreath – can really add to some charm. Upgrade the lighting on either side of the door from old-fashioned sconces to something a bit more modern, and make sure that you think about things like natural landscaping, using native plants that can really stand out and borders with pretty flowers.
Upgrade Your Lighting Inside and Out
If you’ve been used to having hanging ceiling lights, have you ever considered upgrading your lighting to spotlights? You can make sure that you have some extra security lights outside, too, if you’re on a lights upgrade kick. Both large lights and small lights can really make a difference to your house. Hanging lights over a reading corner, for example, can really add character to the room.

Repaint
Go room to room and make a note of the color scheme you currently have. You’re quite likely to find an upgrade of paint is cheap and makes a space very cozy especially when you offset it with white and pale green. The kitchen always seems to look pretty welcome when you have yellow because it looks like it’s something you find out of a picture book. Repaint the rooms and see how much you can brighten your home.
Upgrade the Windows
If you currently have single pane windows, it’s time to upgrade to double glazing and get those energy savings going! If you’ve got more of a refined or traditional taste, you might even decide to change the aesthetic of your windows and have sliding box sash windows installed if they suit your property. Once you’ve done this part of the upgrade, consider whether your blinds or shutters are suitable. Make sure those work with whatever you choose; if you need to, pain the shutters or change the fabric used for the curtains. There’s nothing worse than having a room with a mismatched colour scheme. As mentioned before, upgrading the windows isn’t just a pretty option for your house, as it’s going to also help you be more energy-efficient at the same time
