Hello World! Happy Wednesday. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m so ready for cooler weather. When I get like this, I tend to start baking even though just walking outside for five minutes can have me dripping in sweat. Nice visual, huh?
Anyhoo, the other night, I made a batch of Toasted Coconut and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies. I got the recipe from Lady Behind the Curtain.

Y~U~M~M~Y! These look so good. I love coconut anyway and if it is paired with chocolate and oatmeal it's a done deal for me. 🙂 Oatmeal is one of my favorite recipes.

These look so good! I'll have to save this recipe and try them when the weather cools off. It's going to hit 106 here by Saturday, so I might have to stick to store bought cookies awhile.

Kathryn, these cookies look delicious… something to bake at the weekend. The weather is colder here in England, so they will be perfect with a cup of coffee. Thank you for sharing. Best Wishes Daphne
