Hello World! Welcome Friends! If you ask people what they like most about their home, or what it is they would like more of, the answer is quite often ‘space’.
People value space for different reasons, but it is something that we all need in life, something we can’t live without. Space gives you the opportunity to live and enjoy a rounded life – to relax, play, cook, eat, study, sleep, bathe and socialize comfortably in a safe and private environment. Space allows families to do things together and individuals to have time alone.

Nowadays in open spaces, houses are a luxury which only a few are able to afford. If you can afford to ‘buy’ some space without having to move house, then extensions, conservatories outhouses or even metal garage buildings could be perfect for you. They’re not as expensive as buying a whole new house, but they will add value to your home and give you loads more room. Alternatively, if you can’t afford to buy more space, then with a little bit of imagination and a decent design, you can create wonderful open living spaces in any home.
Knock Down Some Walls
Fewer walls will make your home feel a lot bigger, and open space layouts have many advantages. They allow more natural light in the house and knocking down walls will also create more usable living space as it will save space wasted on doors, walls and passages. An open space is also great for entertaining, and you don’t miss out any of the action even if you have to be in the kitchen making dinner.
Make The Most Of What You Have
You will be surprised at how much extra space can pop up out of the area that is your home just by making a few tweaks of what you already have.
Open Up Your Entrance
Maximize space as you walk through the front door by placing a bench or sitting area. If you don’t have space for a seat, then mount some hooks on the wall and some open shelving to place things on to keep them out of the way.
Keep Your Utilities Safe
You also need space in your home between your floors. Having this extra room helps you keep all your utilities, pipes, and cables safe while reducing noise transmission.
Sometimes you need crawl space repair if this part of your home hasn’t had a service in a while. Professionals can open up more room, making it easier to get to all your pipes and wires when you need to service them.
Get Rid Of Clutter
Stuff has a way of piling up, and without doing huge clear outs every now and there, there is no way to get rid of everything easily. While having a good clear out is never a bad idea, if you plan a to have more space, then this should lead to much less visible clutter.
Use Storage Wisely
By placing baskets or storage boxes under the sink in the bathroom, you can utilize the space you have. Then open shelving behind the door can provide you with a place to keep small electrical beauty appliances when not in use. You can also use a shoe organizer for makeup, combs and brushes, jewelery and even accessories such as scarves and belts. Maximize space in the kitchen with vertical storage shelving and use drawer organizers for dry goods and food storage containers.
