Hello World! Happy Friday! Today I wanted to show you a little project I recently worked on as well as invite you to the Bluebonnet Blog Hop! The blog hop is all about Spring from a sweet group of ladies I belong to. We are the Lone Star Sisters! You guessed it! All of us live in the great state of Texas. Here is my contribution to the hop. My post today isn’t necessarily Spring decor but it started with Spring cleaning.
I got a bee in my bonnet and decided while I was doing a bit of Spring cleaning, to spruce up some books that I were stashed away in an armoire that I was cleaning out.
I have what seems like over 1000 music textbooks that I never parted with. So, I thought I would cover them.
This is just part of my hardcover textbook collection.
I picked up thick wrapping paper in Target.
I was drawn to blue, white, silver and gold.
It was such an easy project. I remembering wrapping textbooks when I was in high school using brown paper bags. Did anyone else do this?
These books are coming in handy creating levels in my decor.
Have you wrapped any books for your decor?
I would love to hear about how you spruce up your old books.
