Hello World! Welcome Friends! Since the 4th of July is this Saturday, I thought I should share our Patriotic Porch Decor. We don’t have much of a porch; just basically enough space for maybe two people to get out of the rain in a downpour. Since there isn’t a lot of space to work with, I thought I would keep it pretty simple with a rug, wreath and planter.
Isn’t the rug the cutest? I’ll provide the source at the end of the post.
New planter and fern. From this angle, my fern looks messy.
She’s quite fluffy. Hopefully, she likes her spot next to the front door.
And, before you ask, no I didn’t make this wreath. I’ve given up on being crafty. I don’t have the time or patience.
It is really pretty. I could have never pulled this off.
And, look what finally came in…the new umbrella stand since our previous umbrella stand went missing in the move a year ago! I even had to buy a couple of umbrellas, because seriously every umbrella we owned disappeared except for the one Greg keeps in his car.
It has a great drip pan and a ton of little hooks for compact umbrellas to hang from.
I’m still working in Chloe’s closet forcing her to try on clothes. I’m such a mean mom…LOL. On Friday, I hope you will stop back in for the Resource post on Chloe’s Modern Galaxy Bedroom. It was such fun shopping for her room.

This is brilliant looks so inviting. The wreath really does stand out. Obviously, we don’t celebrate the 4th July in the UK but I always love to see the decorations in the US, so patriotic. Always makes me smile.
