Hello World! Welcome Friends! If your garage is a mess with the clutter from all over the place, then it needs to be restored back into its original position. This can either be done by hiring professional service like Arizona Junk or by doing it yourself.
It is high time to organize the garage if your car cannot fit due to all the clutter present there. Begin with getting rid of unnecessary clutter. Donate something if it is in good condition. Then discover ways to store each and every item present in garage. Here are some DIY storage tips:
1. Shelving system
A flexible and functioning garage shelving is one of the best ways to store things of all types of items. From toys and paint supplies to tools and cleaning supplies, everything can be stored in it. Rather than purchasing a conventional garage shelving, go for a DIY solution that can be created with your own creativity. It can be made out of plastic storage containers.
2. Bikes can be mounted on the wall
An easier way to store a bike or bikes is to mount it on the wall using a simple hook. This will save a lot of space. This idea is to make the most out of a garage’s vertical space. It is also simpler to take down one bike at a time. Since the bike can be heavy, utilize hooks that are able to hold so much weight.
3. Bins for miscellaneous items
Storing larger items is easy but what about numerous smaller items like sidewalk chalk, ropes etc. It is much more difficult to find a home for these smaller items in such a big space. This can be done by storing them in bins. You can even label the buckets with different categories which makes more sense. It is not only a functional way to organize things but a much more efficient way to store different kinds of tools and goods in your garage in an organized manner.
4. PVC pipes for storage
Your garage may contain a number of different tools. Gardening tools such as rakes and cleaning equipment may be stored in the garage as well. They may accumulate into larger piles on the floor if not secured against the wall. This doesn’t only look bad but is unsafe as well. Secure them to the wall with PVC pipes. They can easily be accessed when in need.
5. Hanging metal chairs
Hanging metal chairs are in need when there is a picnic or party or any sort of gathering going on in your home. However, they are a terrible thing when it comes to storage. They can easily be stored in your garage but it must not be put simply on the floors. Attach hooks on the wall of the garage which would allow you to save a lot of space. Hang those chairs on the hooks. It is an ideal way to keep those chairs out of way and use them when needed.

We hung a rack with hooks in our garage for gardening tools and it makes such a difference to have everything up off the ground! These are great tips.

Thank you for the tips.
I store my wheels and spare tires on the shelf under the garage roof.
As for me I also have in my garage a folding DIY tennis table.
All furniture in your garage can be done yourself!

Post was filled with useful, easy to digest information. My favorite bit was definitely about the bikes being hung, I cant begin to describe how many times I see people just storing their bikes on the wheels! Huge waste of space and will lead to tire problems later on. Keep up the great work! look forward to reading more of your posts!
