Hello World! Welcome Friends! Few things are better than a good night’s sleep, and few things are worse than consistently sleeping poorly at night. Since the quality of your mattress is one of the primary indicators of your sleep quality, it is important to make sure you choose one that is just right for your needs. However, doing so can be trickier than it seems, especially since there are so many different types of mattresses out there, including pricey memory foam mattresses. If you have been wondering whether a memory foam mattress is worth the investment, here are a few things you should know.

Personally I do not like memory foam…it seems to hold body heat more than a regular quilt top mattress. I can't stand to be the least bit over-warm while sleeping. My favorite mattress is Somma water tubes…the mattress I have takes regular sheets and is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

I had a memory foam mattress in my guest bedroom at my old house. Can't say how comfortable it was since I never slept on it but I do know the person I gave it to was a medical student and so happy it was a memory foam. I have memory foam pillows now – at least my hubby sleeps on one – I tried to but couldn't get comfortable, so I went back to my down pillows.

We have slept on memory foam for years. Our first was an early temperpedic and it did not hold up well. Then we had a Serra memory foam. It did well. And now we have a Generic brand and it is doing very well and much less expensive. For us…we really like it. We have one in our guest room and our daughter and son in law say they sleep better when the visit. Sheila

My partner and I spent the money on a decent memory foam mattress and it makes all the difference, you spend half your time sleeping its worth every dollar investing in a good mattress to get a great night sleep!

As a final step, ask them to let you have a test nap on one of the mattresses you have chosen. Place it on a box spring and see if it's comfortable in all positions. Always prioritize your needs when you go shopping for a mattress at a mattress warehouse. Comfort, correct dimensions, quality and price are some of the factors to consider while choosing a mattress. memoryfoamhq.com/the-pros-and-cons-of-memory-foam-mattresses/
