Hello World! Welcome Friends! We have MOVED! I’m surrounded by boxes and so incredibly happy that this sale is done. This is my 9th real estate transaction and this particular one was the most difficult one to date! The Buyer’s Agent was extremely dishonest and difficult to work with. He was so bad that we will be filing a complaint against him with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Thank goodness, we don’t have to deal with him anymore. I hope to get time to get a post ready of our room transformations in the old house and then give you a tour of our new house. Trust me, this little gem will keep me busy for quite a while. But, for now, it’s your time to show off what you have been up to.
It’s your time to Shine, Shine, Shine!

Kathryn, thanks for taking time to tune in and host. I am anxious to hear the details of what you had to deal with from the buyer’s agent. Our main move is scheduled for 4/23, though there will still be remnants at our former home that I’ll continue dealing with, not to mention organizing the new condo. As always, it’ll be fun to follow your new home journey.
Happy Easter week to you and yours.
