Hello World! Welcome Friends! I’m going to get right to it today. It started with seeing what I thought was the cutest bedding and my furniture from when I was a young girl. The furniture is a dreamy pale yellow and the bedding happened to be from Pottery Barn Kids. Before you gasp and think I spent way too much money on kid’s bedding, it was discontinued so I got it on the cheap. I waited too long to order it online and then when I got around to buying, it had been discontinued. So, I called the 800 number at Pottery Barn Kids and they checked their computers to see if anyone in the country had the bedding and lo and behold, a shop in Ohio had it in the size I needed. It was priced to move and I snatched it up.
Little Girl Bedroom
I had never been a fan of pink, but the combination of the bedding and the furniture changed my mind. And, of course, there are stripes! I must warn you, it’s pretty bold. But, The Dedicated Daughter loves it and that is all that really matters! So, here it is:
Milk Bottle doll my brother gave me for Christmas when I was a wee little girl. She needs some hair pins and a new dress. But, she is still pretty even if her dress is falling apart.

The room looks so fun and happy. The mini tea set reminded me of mine as a child or I should say my sisters. She got the pretty white one with pink flowers and I got the ugly dark blue one with gold trim. Oh Memories.

Oh this room is adorable! I love it. I am amazed at the striped walls. I wanted to do something like that (different colors) in my living room but I am not brave enough for the task….yet. Maybe sometime in the future. You did a great job though. I'm sure the little one couldn't be happier.

Oh my gosh, the "Princess" in Dora colors is so cute! She reminds me of my daughter at that age. My daughter got a bold pink bedroom when she was about that size and she outgrew it when she was ten, so we had a long run. Love the tea cups and tea pot it is very "Alice".
