Hello World! Welcome Friends! If you recall from last week’s post, we have been given an extra week! I seriously need this extra time. This paint job is taking a super long time, but it is definitely going to be pretty! Greg and Chloe have been encouraging me to keep pressing on because there have been a couple of meltdowns on my part. These are custom cabinets and I want to do an excellent job on them. I’m really taking my time to get the finish just right. Hopefully, the extra week will give me just enough time to get it finished.
Thanks goes out to Linda at Calling it Home for organizing our Challenge.
I have no new pictures of the kitchen to show you. So, I thought I would share with you my favorite organizational items that have been delivered and put into use. All of these items were purchased from Amazon. On Reveal day, I will give you an extensive shopping guide.
Organization
This basket is used in my under the sink organizational system to corral items that are used sporadically.
I ordered one of these for Greg’s A&W drinks, but I need to order one more for his Sunkist drinks.
These baskets are used in my pantry to hold onions and potatoes.
I was amazed how much space was freed up by putting the condiments into these squeeze bottles.
At first I used these in the refrigerator, but they were put to a better use in my cooking and baking utensil drawers.
I love my new egg storage! It’s great to be able to stack them.
These I use in our snack drawer in the refrigerator.
I use these to hold water bottles in the refrigerator. I plan on ordering a couple more of them to use in the pantry.
This is my favorite item I have ordered. I use it under the sink to hold sponges, and microfiber cloths.
That’s it for me tonight! The plan is to keep painting away and organizing. I may not get everything accomplished that I want to, but I will keep plugging away and try to get it presentable.

Oh no! I’m so sorry you’ve been so stressed about the makeover (and definitely understand…I’ve spent way too many ORC rooms like that.) Love the idea of putting clear acrylic drawers under the sink. Ours was so overstuffed before the renovation started. Thanks so much for sharing at the #happynowlinkup!
