Hello World! Welcome Friends! A great kitchen is all about size, appliance amenities and of course ambiance. These three gorgeous newly built homes exemplify all three in a superlative way. They are located on the northwest Florida panhandle along The Emerald Coast, which was named for the glowing glittering jewel toned waters along the Gulf of Mexico in this special part of Florida. The sugary white beaches here are composed of finely ground up pure quartz crystal that accentuates the glorious gulf. The architectural styling of these amazing homes incorporates the latest designs for coastal kitchens and inspires gourmet chefs to create a fun family feast that usually includes fresh seafood from the abundant Gulf of Mexico. Each home has been given a name since they are in a precious piece of paradise for use by their fortunate owners and guests.
Reflections in Santa Rosa Beach is the kind of home one might see featured in Architectural Digest, Southern Living or Coastal Living magazine. The kitchen is a blend of contemporary styling and regal charm. The kitchen is an open part of a massive Great Room that also includes an elegant area for dining. Tall white bright tray ceilings, light ash blonde hardwood flooring, cream-colored furnishings and a wall of windows overlooking the gulf provide a warm sunny ambiance. A large Carrera Marble topped island includes seating with an embedded deep sink and a place for food preparation along with placement for a buffet. The gleaming professional grade stainless steel appliances include an extra large refrigerator with two upper levels and four freezer drawer compartments below. A large gas oven includes six burners and a griddle top. Light glistening marble tile serves as an attractive unique backsplash wall that goes from the countertop to the ceiling beside plenty of creamy cabinetry.
Southern Sands in Seagrove Beach seamlessly blends charming Old Florida styled architecture with every modern amenity. The spacious kitchen overlooks a large Great Room with a fireplace that also encompasses the living and dining portions of the house. Very tall elegant windows accent soaring ceilings with white beams. The spacious open state of the art kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a double oven and a side by side refrigerator with a wine rack perched above. White custom cabinetry is accented by a light blue tiled wall that provides a nautical look. A wide granite-topped bar includes five stools, and an individual Breakfast Nook has seating for six more. A long country dining table conveniently located nearby has eight crisscross backed wooden cushioned side chairs and woven high backed tropically inspired chairs at each end that sit beneath a classic candle chandelier.
The LoneStar Sandcastle in Destin defines casual coastal elegance with a combination of creature comforts and upscale furnishings. The décor includes nautical themes, lovely seascapes and tropical accouterments for Floridian flair. Light mocha toned hardwood flooring flows throughout provides a warm rich look while high ceilings create a spacious feel. The huge open dine-in kitchen in this home is also incorporated into a gracious Great Room. It features top of the line stainless steel appliances with a six burner gas range and oven as well as a tall side by side refrigerator freezer. Custom cabinetry with unique decorative glass topped facial accents has a light colored marble backsplash on the walls below. All is centered upon a culinary island. An entire adjacent wall includes floor to ceiling cabinetry with glass faced doors above a wide Wet Bar that features a wine rack, a wine cooler and a separate ice maker. The kitchen’s charming dining table has eight white spindle-backed chairs while another game table on the other side of the room has seats for four more.
If you can imagine yourself with friends and family enjoying a culinary creation in one of these dream kitchens you may try them out since they are all available as wonderful vacation rentals through Ocean Reef Resorts.

I really like the Southern Sands in Seagrove Beach one. The other kitchens are too monochrome white for my tastes (but then again I am living rural in a log home with light stained wood cabinets, black appliances, a warm off-white wall color on two walls, and a sage green accent wall on the third. (The fourth doesn’t exist, it opens out to the dining area.) And you see the logs.
It is very important to combine great function with form. I took a lot of advice before I designed my kitchen, keeping in mind how I cook, and how I want to enjoy the home I’ve retired to. Thanks for your post, and thanks for sharing with Fiesta Friday.

Ah i just love these!! I always wanted an island and all white an bright but I don’t think all the kitchens in the UK are built as big, quite often. Such amazing designs. Thanks for sharing with #bloggersbest x

I definitely have kitchen envy. I would love to have a kitchen where the appliances are spread out so that we are not bumping into each other. It seems when I cook, the entire family has to be in the kitchen. LOL. Happy weekend to you!
