Hello World! Happy Friday and best wishes for a pleasant weekend! It has been crazy busy around here this week, but I did manage to finish the little table I snatched up at Goodwill. It took some doing, but I think she turned out just fine. Here is a peek at what she looks like after a bit of work and some chalk paint. Check out A Maker’s Studio for chalk arts.

Now, here is what she looked like before, fresh from the store.

How do you like the stacks of video cassettes and paint cans surrounding the cat carrier? Nice, huh?

It's gorgeous! As if there was ever any doubt
I love the work you are doing. (You know me and that my style is quite different, I would have probably kept it at the second coat of white because I like the "mod" look.) These projects and your stories are so much fun to follow.
I respectfully request more photos of Dedicated Nephew Justin, preferably chiseling.
Love Ya!
Jilly! You are too funny!! Justin will be most pleased when he reads this! Love ya back!

Cute table! Nice job revamping her.

What a stunner she is! So you were able to cover her with just one coat of the chalk paint? I've not had such good luck with my pieces — always have needed two coats.
It looks great! I've heard so many good things about chalk paint, but I haven't shelled out the dough to try it yet. I have just discovered wax though and I am loving it!
Beautiful lines on this table and beautiful finish! I'm a new follower.
Oh WOW! Your table came out great! And I think imperfections just add to the charm. LOVE the color and the character of this piece! Great job!
Yep you saved her alright! She turned out beautiful and I love your idea of standing her on pots so you could paint her legs.
Cute little piece! Looks fabulous
Would love to have you stop by and share at my weekly Chalk Paint Link Party!

What a great little table makeover! I recently did a makeover on a small table I found at the Goodwill. It was great fun! You did a fantastic job. I keep seeing this Chalk Paint in posts…I had never heard of it before. I need to find some of this! Stopping by via My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia.

Oh my goodness, this is beautiful too. I am such a chicken when it comes to painting furniture. It is truly an art. I am after a couple of accent tables right now which I'd love to paint in a coral tone. I am trying to gather some courage from your page.
