Hello World! Welcome Friends! I know it has been a long time coming, but I finally recovered the Breakfast Room chairs. Here is a little look of the finished project.
Here is what they looked like before.
The fabric I used to recover the chairs is the same fabric I used for the dining room panels. I also added some additional padding as well as quite a bit of Scotch Guard. Are you ready for some picture overload? Hope you don’t get a cramp scrolling down.
It is such an easy project to do. I don’t know why it took me so long to get around to it. But, I’m glad they are finished. That is one project of many that can be checked off of the project to do list.
Sorry for the not so good light in the pictures. It has been raining and I had to get the pictures taken before we left for the beach.

Kathryn,
I'm a big fan of toile and it looks lovely on your chair seats. I used a cream and light brown linen toile on my dining room chairs once and I loved it! Of course, I also noticed that your toile was blue and white… blue being my favorite color! 🙂
Have a great weekend and I hope that you get some sunshine.

Your walls are so pretty with the chairs. Is it wallpaper or did you paint them? I really like the blue and yellow combination.

Love the fabric, I think I have some of that very same fabric! I almost used it to make a skirt for the chair in the kitchen, but I changed my mind when I painted the desk! Good job! I appreciate you sharing with A Return to Loveliness,
Kathy
