Before and After Wednesday and Day Three of ‘Tis the Season Christmas Tour

Hello World!  For today’s Before and After, we have another Christmas Decor craft.   It’s from Gail over at Purple Hues and Me.   

What a festive and elegant tree skirt.  I want to make this next year to go under my white tree.
