One other thing I love about apples is how many things they taste good with and how many ways you can prepare them. It is fun to bake apples, spiral them, eat apple slices with peanut butter or honey, etc.!

I eat one apple per day. Half of it goes Into my smoothie with a half of a banana and some strawberries, Matcha green tea with almond milk. The other half I eat as a snack with peanut butter.
