Hello World! I hope all are happy and healthy on this fine Tuesday. Today, I want to share a little blog love for one of The Dedicated House’s partners.
One of the reasons why I adore Shabby Apple is because they focus on dresses. I’m a girlie girl and would wear a dress, heels, and pearls (just kidding about the pearls) everyday if I could. I secretly want to be June Cleaver…just kidding…well, maybe just a little. But, I love dresses, skirts and pretty much anything feminine.
I’ll admit it’s hard being a stay-at-home mom sometimes with keeping up a good style on a daily basis. But, I feel so much better about myself when I take the little extra minutes in the morning to do my hair and put on make-up. That includes putting on something easy as well that will take me through my day of taking care of The Dedicated Daughter, light cleaning, blogging, shopping, teaching voice lessons, and working out projects in my head. (I don’t wear pretty clothes when doing projects or hard core cleaning.) Just look at all of the pretty fall choices below from Shabby Apple.

Lovely clothes. I am a big fan of accessories i.e. hats, scarves, purses, jewelry and shoes. I believe that if you have a few select timeless pieces of clothing and add different accessories you'll have a different look everyday. 🙂

Hi there~ Ooooooooh, ahhhh! LOVE this post. Such pretty things! Gorgeous crimson and olive dresses, awesome boots, love the scarves and hats. I'm a girly girl too. I hear ya. Being a SAHM means I don't have many opportunities to dress up but I LOVE dresses and skirts, like you do. Happy September. Fall means fun clothes, not just shorts and tee shirts 🙂
