A Cute Beach Condo Tour

Hello World!  Welcome Friends!  Today I have a special treat for you….A Cute Beach Condo Tour.  My sister, Sandra and her husband, Dominic just purchased their first income property on Galveston Island.  Let me give you a little background before I start the tour. My sister has been a realtor since 2003.  In fact, the first house I ever purchased as a single girl, she helped me sell when I moved out to California.  She and her son, Justin have been our realtors on 5 houses with our current house being the 5th house.  Sandra loves the beach and has always wanted to have her own little spot on the sand.  This adorable condo I believe will be the first of many for them.  

Welcome to Sea the Sunrise

This is your view upon entering this sweet, little spot.  

Just inside the front door and right outside the Master Bedroom are these adorable bunk beds with built in storage as well as plugs for tablets and phones and is equipped with lights for late night reading.

You know how I love molding.  Well, this place has got it as well as beadboard and shiplap. 

Having a place to do laundry is a must for a beach vacation.  When the day is done, just pop a load in while relaxing or cooking a pleasant meal. 

Master Bedroom

No need for a dresser taking up precious space with the storage underneath the King Size bed. 

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and was fully remodeled.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking to your heart’s delight…or you can admire its beauty and hit up the great restaurants in Galveston that are just a short drive away!

Living Space

The sofa converts to a Sleeper Sofa to accommodate 2 persons.

Balcony Time

Isn’t it darling?  It’s light, bright and airy!  Perfect for a beach stay!

Greg and I want one, but we have to pay this house off first before we purchase an income property.  We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Galveston.
