Hello World! Welcome Friends! When it comes to choosing the right fence to add some privacy to our homes, the options seem endless and overwhelming. Property fencing also comes with a price tag and sometimes it might seem like you might break the bank with the different options available.
We have put together this guide with a few different cheap fence ideas that won’t cost you an arm and a leg.
1. Vinyl Fence
An inexpensive option when it comes to property fencing is to use vinyl. Vinyl comes in many different color options, giving you multiple choices to help make it fit your taste. A great thing about vinyl is that it will last for a while and the maintenance on it is not as much as maintaining a wooden fence.
This website will help you see your options when it comes to vinyl fencing.
2. Pallet Fence
If you do not have access to free lumber then pallets are a great alternative to building your own fence. You can get creative and stack your woodbridge pallet a certain way to reach the height you need or have climbing flowers or plants decorate the pallet fence to look like a Victorian secret garden.
3. Recycled Doors
If you are artsy or love the Alice in Wonderland look and theme then a recycled door fence might be right up your alley. You can upcycle old doors that you find online or by asking your friends and neighbors. You can put them all side by side and watch a unique and interesting fence form right before your eyes.
4. Bamboo Fence
This fence option won’t break the bank and it will create a nice privacy wall between your home and the neighbor’s home. You will want to choose the bamboo type that will grow best in your area. There’s running bamboo or clumping bamboo available. Keep in mind that you will have to keep up with cutting down the plant because bamboo will take over if you give it free rein.
5. Tire Wall
If you want to recycle tires and pull them out of a landfill then a tire wall might work as a fence. You will have to place down each tire and fill it with dirt before placing another tire on top. Continue doing this until the tires are stacked up to the height that you want. Next, you will repeat the same thing next to the first stack of tires until you have a fence that is the length that you want.
Which of These Property Fencing Ideas Sounds Best for You?
Now that you have our property fencing ideas, which one will you choose? Make sure that you choose something you love and that also fits the budget. If you can afford to have a professional take care of your fencing job, that’s usually the best route unless you have some sort of fencing experience. Also, please do not forget to check with your homeowner’s association (HOA) if they have any rules about putting up fences.
