Hello World! Welcome Friends! Here we are rounding the final corner and heading into the straight away to the finish line of the One Room Challenge. The Breakfast Nook is taking shape and will be by far the best space in my house. Today, I’m showing off the chandelier and the rug.
One Room Challenge – Week 5
The chandelier is from Overstock and is absolutely gorgeous in person!
As you can see the stencil was almost done when these pictures were taken. It has been a labor of love, but it is stunning! I can’t wait for you to see it!
Good news, the curtain panels came in. My Mom aka Betty Lou has been shortening them for me. They only came in three sizes 84″, 96″ or 124″. I needed them to be 111″. So, I got the 124″ and promised lunch for my Mom. She loves me!!
The rug from Overstock arrived the other day! Whew, I really cut it close on the rug and curtain panels.
The whole family is getting excited to see the breakfast room completed…that really means, “When can we come over for food and game night?”
The other two bar stools have been put together. So, once Betty Lou finishes the panels, we will get the curtains hung and this Saturday the mirror is slated to go on the wall.
