Hello World! Boy, everyone is so on the ball with their Fall decorating. As I write this, I’m halfway done with decorating. Granted, I don’t have a ton of Fall decor, but it’s been a busy couple of weeks with the hard drive crash and planning Little Dedicated’s birthday shindig. I should get it all finished tonight, that is if I don’t accidentally fall onto the couch after dinner! LOL.
Welcome to Week 192 of:
My Favorite
This post from Sweet Parrish Place really hit home with me. It’s all about cleanliness and organization. I struggle with wanting to keep my house spotless but also not missing out on moments with Little Dedicated which will never come again. For instance, yesterday I watched “The Music Man” with Little Dedicated instead of doing the dishes and laundry. I could have gotten a lot done in those 2 1/2 hours, but instead of checking off my to do list, I relaxed with my daughter. My feet and body were refreshed and I enjoyed watching Little Dedicated dance along with the dance numbers. I exchanged busyness for a joy filled time.
