Watermelon
This summer fruit is high in vitamin A and makes you feel full for a longer period of time than most of its counterparts. Watermelon is refreshing, healthy and can be a great ingredient for just about any summer drink you can think of!
A cup of watermelon slices contains 11g of total carbs, 9g of sugar, 0.5g of fiber and 10.5g of net carbs.
Peaches
Surprisingly enough, peaches actually have a low carb count, in spite of their sweetness and savory taste. They can also be mixed up with a number of other keto superfruits in order to make a tasty fruit salad.

Cantaloupe

Blueberries contain a lot of fibers and digestible carbs, which makes them one of the best choices for your pre-workout smoothies, or you can just eat plain blueberries and get an energy boost!
A cup of blueberries contains 21g of total carbs, 15g of sugar, 4g of fiber and 17g of net carbs.
Plums
As you already know, plums are more than beneficial for your digestion and can be used to make a healthy savory juice. Due to its unique taste, it can also be used as an ingredient in a variety of different meals.
A cup of plum slices contains 19g of total carbs, 16g of sugar, 2.5g of fiber and 16.5g of net carbs.
Lemons
