Hello World! Welcome Friends! I know it has been a couple of weeks since I’ve hosted the party; but I’m happy to be back at it! We have been completely absorbed in a HUGE PROJECT that needed all of my free time, attention and energy. Would you like to know what the project was? We were getting our house ready to put on the market. I know what you’re thinking! We have only been in this house for 2 years. This house was never our stopping place or forever home. And, since Chloe will be going into Middle School, we decided that now would be the time to make the move. Once she is in Middle School, we are not moving again for at least 7 years. Also, we need a second bedroom downstairs in the event my Mom will want or need to move in with us. So, the house has officially been on the market for 2 days. We had one showing on the first day it was on the market, and received an offer the same day! Crazy! I’ll keep you posted on our new house which we are currently in negotiations with the Seller. And, later this week, I will share a full house tour of our current house.
