Hello World! Happy Friday! We have the final installment in our Grilling Series – Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers! I hope everyone’s week has gone well. I am definitely ready for the weekend!
Alright, enough of the jibber jabber. Let’s get to the recipe for these goodies.
These are super easy to make, however they can be a little labor intensive. This is one of Mr. Dedicated’s favorites and he doesn’t mind putting them together and grilling them.
Start with a mess of jalapeños.
Be sure to wear gloves when making these. You don’t want to accidentally get a jalapeño seed or some juice on your fingers and then touch your eyes or skin. You might just get a little burning sensation.
Thank you to Mr. Dedicated who was our hand model.
Aren’t they gorgeous?
Once your jalapeños are sliced in halves and the contents cleaned out, stuff the jalapeños with cream cheese.
Next, put the jalapeños back together and wrap with a piece of bacon securing the little delicious package back together with two toothpicks.
Why does bacon taste so good?
Place them on a 300° grill. Grill them for 10 to 12 minutes each side.
Enjoy!

I love these and make them frequently, they are labor intensive, but so worth it.
I have never thought of wearing gloves to prepare them,
Great tip!
Thanks for joining us at TOHOT!

Bacon is good on anything! We love jalapeno poppers and matter of fact we picked our first batch from our garden last week and we had fried poppers on night! YUM! I will try grilling with bacon. We should have a batch ready again about this weekend. Enjoyed visiting with you today from Thoughts of Home. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

My son made these in the over last week during a large family beach vacation. He did manage to get them to the top of the stove barely before we inhaled them! Highly recommend. Grilling surely makes them even better!

Kathryn – these look so good – but anything with bacon always does. I am always leery of jalapenos, but if you take the seeds out then I guess it’s not hot – brilliant – I love this idea and may have to try it at our weekend BBQ thanks so much – My daughter will love these – she loves anything bacon and she loves jalapeno’s too – Your neighbor today at #ImpartingGrace
