Hello World!  Happy Memorial Day to my fellow Americans!!  It’s Monday night and time for week 178 of our Make it Pretty Monday party!  I so enjoyed looking through all of the posts to hunt down the features!  So, let’s get to it!

I’m starting the party off with a One Room Challenge makeover.  I think I may have to participate in the next round.  This makeover from Life & Home at 2102 is all about her little man’s room.  I love the sophisticated touches mixed in with Star Wars.  Perfect for a little guy growing up!  Heck, I know a big guy (Mr. Dedicated) who wouldn’t mind checking out all of the Star Wars gear.  Great job, Vel!

Boy, did Charm Bracelet Diva pick up some amazing finds!  I’m a little jealous of this find.  I have French Countryside from Mikasa and I don’t have this platter.  Head on over to see her haul.

What a beautiful transformation from Grandma’s House DIY!  This reminds me of a dresser my Grandmother had in her house.

    Kathryn, thank you for the open invitation to Make It Pretty! We have been dealing with water issues from a renovation project since 2004, and have now finally had the job completely redone, with some major corrections by our skilled carpenter. I’m a happy camper, after years of home maintenance anguish!
    I hope your summer is off to a great start, unofficially, of course, with the Memorial weekend.
